Feeding Canada geese and enjoying the sunshine! I’m so happy that spring is finally here! 🌞🌸Spring has become my favourite season in recent years. I used to be all about the heat of summer. But now I love watching everything slowly bloom and become greener. I love the rich birdsong. It’s a thrill to see the first bees and butterflies of the year. Watching wildlife get more active as they prepare for the breeding season is another delight. Spring fills me with hope for exciting things to come. What do you love about spring?

Somewhere in this photo is my partner and beyond him was a curlew! It flew right in front of us, such an amazing sight! 🤩 Sadly I only had my phone with me. The relaxation in lockdown rules in Wales means I can finally go see the sea again! 🌊 This makes me so happy! This is Peterstone Wentlooge on the Severn Estuary. I can’t believe I waited this long to visit because this is a magical place full of wildlife. To think there are curlew less than 5 miles from my house! Also hundreds of shelducks!
A much needed walk in the woods today! There was so much wild garlic growing the air reeked with it. But I love garlic so I didn’t mind. I can’t wait to come back when the flowers are blooming with a carpet of white flowers. #walkinthewoods #sundayfunday #sundayvibes
